The position

As an Associate Finance Business Partner within the DD&IT PS Finance team, you get a unique opportunity to engage with Novo Nordisk’s full value chain. This area is growing and plays a pivotal role in supporting Product Supply in Novo Nordisk. This position entails regular interaction with senior management and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, allowing you to build a strong network while actively contributing to financial initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Planning and driving processes across the DD&IT PS business units during budgeting and month-end closing activities.

Collaborating closely with motivated and talented stakeholders.

Optimizing processes and fostering data transparency to facilitate sound decision-making.

Contributing to the assessment and development of necessary processes and tools to enhance financial transparency and reporting capabilities.

Providing financial guidance to the organization and creating business materials for senior leadership, along with handling other ad hoc tasks.

Being responsible for controlling and reporting on the Investment Pool in DD&IT PS.

Qualifications
To be considered for the position, we imagine you:

Hold a Master´s Degree in Finance, International Business, Economy, or relevant IT degree complemented by applied experience in a similar role. Accounting capabilities would be advantageous.

Have experience within SAP or other major ERP systems and are comfortable with the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Demonstrate adeptness in stakeholder management and strong communication skills.

Exhibit fluency in both spoken and written English

Moreover, you are sociable and identify yourself as an achiever who consistently meets deadlines while never compromising the quality of your work. About the department
You will be working in DD&IT PS Business Support which is part of our global IT organisation. We are supporting IT used in our production areas and we take responsibility for new IT investment projects with the focus of harmonizing and standardizing IT processes and IT systems across our manufacturing areas.
