Søly Bakery is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced assistant baker to join our
bakery near Vedbæk Strand.

baked goods of the highest quality. As an assistant baker, you will be an essential part of our team, contributing to our goal of providing customers with a great experience every day.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation and baking of various types of bread and pastries
- Handling the dough and ensuring high quality
- Monitoring ovens and baking times
- Stocking bakery shelves with fresh products
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Contributing to the development of new recipes and product improvements

Qualifications:
- Experience as a baker or assistant baker is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and dough behavior
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and interest in developing new products
- Flexibility to work variable shifts and weekends when necessary

- Full-time position of 160 hours per month
- Every other weekend off and a weekly day off
