As a Bar manager, you are responsible for the smooth and profitable operations of the bar guild in Boulebar. Primarily you are ensuring the quality and service is “above and beyond” whilst in operation. You will be a part of the manager team in Copenhagen and will also join the bar manager network in the whole company.

EXPECTATIONS:
● Experience managing a team
● Strong leadership ability and excellent communication at all levels
● The ability to perform multiple tasks, and being able to prioritize these tasks
● Profitable thinking skills
● Taking responsibility for the overall operation of the bar guild
● Has customer service know-how and thrives on creating unique experiences – thinking in making all guest ambassadors for the Boulebar
● Setting smart goals for the bar guild in collaboration with your closest manager, the Boulebar manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Train and manage staff according to our policies
● Managing and adjusting the schedule according to sales
● Maintaining the bar and surrounding areas in conditions food safety standard
● Monitoring and reporting on inventory and operating supplies and food from approved suppliers
● Collaborating with the central operations team on menu changes
● Attending unit and network meetings weekly
