We are seeking a highly motivated and competent Brand Activation Manager – Maternity Cover - with a strong commercial mindset, great project management skills and a digital acumen to join the Marketing team at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW.

LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is the story of passionate craftsmanship in gourmet liquorice. Founded in 2007 by Johan Bülow on the Danish island of Bornholm, we continue our journey of creating surprising combinations and sensory experiences with liquorice at the core. The ambition remains the same: To inspire people around the world and spread the love for this unique Nordic flavour.

With the mission to make the world love liquorice - one liquorice at a time, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW has its own stores in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as retail partners in more than 40 markets.

Requirements

As the Brand Activation Manager you will be responsible for the development and activation of the brand across all channels and markets. You will join a very passionate and creative group of people and become a central part of the team. In your daily work, you will report to the CMO, and have close cooperation with the Creative Team and Channel owners responsible for respectively E-commerce, Retail & B2B (Wholesale, Travel Retail) as well as being the main marketing contact for key partners.

Job description:

• Create 360 product launch campaigns and tactical campaigns across channels and markets
• Manage the development of marketing and POS materials cross channels
• Present the marketing plans to all stakeholders prior to launch
• Manage relationships with key partners such as department stores
• Cross-channel support on visual merchandising
• Establish clearly defined KPI’s for each campaign or activation
• Deliver input for pre and post evaluations on product launches to monitor performance vs. targets, analyze and improve
• Demonstrate strong collaboration within the marketing & creative team to enable flawless, hands-on in-market execution
• Understand the consumer journey, connecting the brand across all touchpoints both physical or virtual
• Copy writing for different purpose, ex. product texts, new launches, brand stories
• Partake in the development of marketing & sales material
• Support on various presentations
• Budget management tracking
• Ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Education
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing or Business
• Preferably master’s degree within Branding, Communication or Marketing
• Experience
• 3+ years’ experience in Marketing & Brand Management required
• Experience with project & stakeholder management
• Understanding of the Retail, Wholesale & e-commerce environment
• Previous experience in high-end luxury segment or FMCG is a plus
• Digital marketing experience is a plus
• Personal
• Open-minded and flexible attitude, you find it easy to adjust and work in a changing environment, where the business evolves at a fast phase
• Positive, curious and extrovert
• Ambitious and performance-oriented
• English and Scandinavian language must be mastered fluently (German language is a plus)
