The Debt Management Area is a high priority area of Danske Bank with great attention from senior leadership on our deliveries. You will join a team of highly skilled and innovative professionals within Business- and IT Development, backed by a great set of values built on a high sense of responsibility, proactivity, “can - do” attitude and most importantly an expectation that it should be fun to go to work.
The Debt Management Development Tribe is growing and consequently we need to divide the HR responsibility chapter. As a Chapter Lead, you will be working as a Business Analyst in one squad, while also having HR responsibility for other Business Analysts across the Tribe.
Experienced Business Analyst and Leader by heart
As a BA Chapter Lead, you will be in a combined role. You will be allocated 70% to a squad where you will use your skills and solve business problems and use the remaining time on chapter activities.
As an experienced BA or Process Consultant, you will assist and guide the squad you are allocated to, on their deliveries. This can for example be understanding users need, groom requirements, test and release new features.
As a leader you will also form and lead a team of 8-12 BA chapter members. You will in this chapter create a work environment characterized by a culture that promotes both empowerment and teamwork.
Finally, you will collaborate closely with the Tribe Leadership (Tribe Lead, Tribe Coach, and IT Lead), Product Owners and other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop, and retain a team of highly skilled and motivated team members with an innovative team spirit.
