You will join Financing Businesses tribe, anchored in Copenhagen, Vilnius, and Bangalore, with the aim to significantly improve financing processes for business customers in the Nordics. The position is a unique opportunity to contribute to a non-traditional banking set-up, high pace, flat hierarchy, and with an overarching customer-focused approach – we have fun every day and most important we celebrate our successes.
The position can be based in Copenhagen, Stockholm or Vilnius. In spring 2024, we will move our Danish location to a new domicile on Postgrunden next to Copenhagen Central Station.
Solid banking knowledge and a desired to improve status quo
You will join a team of 5-6 highly dedicated Business Analysts in the Product & Process squad, which are responsible for the credit and loans products, as well as the entire credit processes for Business customers across the Nordic.
As a Business Analyst your primary role will be to utilizing your specialist knowledge to ensure the development of these areas. You will be included in many projects from simplifying the current product offerings, to expanding our green offerings, as well as working with process optimization and harmonisation across the entire financing journey. You will be working closely together with experienced and dedicated colleagues and stakeholders, to improve financing processes and products for business customers.
What competencies do we think is needed?
We are looking for a candidate with experience from consultancy or the financial industry – for example with experience from working as a relationship manager or Credit/Risk/Operations officer - who takes ownership, is proactive and delivers innovative customer experience.
We see you as someone with high collaboration skills but are also capable of self-organizing and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast. You have plenty of stakeholder management experience and can communicate to all levels of the organisation. Furthermore, your abilities to put the customers first, collaborate with many different types of people, challenge ideas, being highly flexible are essential in this role.
