We are looking for a Business and Functional Specialist. Our goal is to provide customers and channels with compliant, recognizable and easily utilized authentication.
You will be a part of a sparkling, open-minded, friendly team and work on national digital identity solution in Denmark; MitID, along with many other interesting assets belonging in the team. You will work along with Product Owner, IT developers and architects located in Denmark and Lithuania. Our team consist of 14 highly skilled employees who develop and maintain critical security assets in the bank.
You will as a Business and Functional Specialist work in close collaboration with Product Owner and other analysts. You will evaluate requirements from users, internal and external stakeholders and national authorities. You will cooperate with other banks and sector vendors. You will also identify business needs and translate into user stories that are understood by your team.
We are looking for employees in Aarhus C, Denmark or Vilnius, Lithuania.
You will:
Create structured documentation used for decision making Participate in business case development Facilitate meetings with various types of stakeholders, including preparing material Organization implementation activities such as training and support material (business procedures, FAQ Follow up on regulatory and audit requirements and initiate needed changes Create and maintain business processes A key element of your role will be to ensure that we deliver compliant solutions according to committed milestones About you:
Read and understanding Danish – must have requirement Thrive to work independently and take ownership and initiative Have problem solving and facilitation skills Have a structured and analytical mindset Understand and focus on customer needs You are energetic and enjoy different types of humour by not taking things seriously Have strong interpersonal skills and good at explaining business or function’s needs to others Have knowledge about the cybersecurity domain or technical or testing competencies would be beneficial Advanced English language skills We offer:
This position can be located in Denmark and Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
