Billund Gastropub in the heart of the city next to LEGO House and by the Billund river, opened on the 30th of October 2020. We look forward to welcoming you to a stylish, warm and cosy atmosphere with a wide selection of beer, drinks, soft drinks and traditional pub courses A gastropub is a hybrid pub, bar & restaurant known for serving good food and drinks in an enjoyable environment for both friends, family and business guests. The term popped up in the US in the 1990’s and has become a beloved concept round the world.

You take pride in making things from scratch, you are passionate about working with the best products. A chef who is detail-oriented, who is passionate about running a service.

We are a restaurant based on Gastropubscene with a la carte. Our approach to it is unconventional and rustique. The menu changes, according to the season. 3-4 times pr. year.
