About the Project
We're on the lookout for a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to help co-found our Menopause venture. As the CCO, you'll be at the Commercial driver's seat, steering the strategic direction and overall management of the project. Collaborating closely with our team, your role will involve pioneering innovative products and services that cater to the diverse symptoms and challenges of menopause.
Perimenopause and menopause are pivotal life stages for women, with profound physical and emotional implications. Here at KRING, we understand the hurdles women face during this time, from a lack of education and awareness to the stigma surrounding menopause and its treatments. That's why we're dedicated to supporting women's health through evidence-based, compassionate solutions.
The Concept:
We are building a digital platform that helps women tackle midlife challenges, including menopause, and regain their vitality by enhancing sleep quality, addressing weight gain, bolstering physical strength, and elevating self-confidence, one bite-sized step at a time.
Our solution includes several components:
Data gathering via self-assessment (and over time wearables integration and blood tests) to enable personalization
Tailored evidence-based recommendations on small easy fixes: from impactful tiny daily hacks to supplements and product recommendations
Personalized wellness programs, designed by menopause experts for midlife women, focused on fitness routines, emotional management techniques, meal plans, and sleep habits
Supportive community and knowledge hub to build awareness and share experiences
About the Role:
We're seeking a Commercial Entrepreneur in Residence (Co-Founder) to join us in this transformative journey. You will play a pivotal role in reshaping the Menopause landscape across the Nordics, and essentially, the entire European market.
