Co-Founder to acquire a company

If you have capital from a previous venture or savings and are interested in founding a startup, this opportunity could be the perfect match for you.

The reality is, most startups face significant challenges, particularly in their early stages, with a high failure rate.

Therefore, rather than investing considerable time and effort in building a new venture from scratch, purchasing an existing startup with an established revenue stream presents a strategic advantage.

This approach notably reduces risks and expedites the entrepreneurial process.

I am on the lookout for the right partner to embark on this journey. The proposed arrangement involves me contributing two-thirds of the required capital, while you would contribute the remaining third. In addition to your investment, you would receive a salary from the company we acquire, over which you would also serve as CEO. My role would be to support you as an unpaid advisor for one to two days each week.

Regarding equity, I suggest a 51% to 49% split in my favor, reflecting the larger share of capital I am providing. Our aim would be to purchase a company valued at approximately 1 million DKK, which we anticipate should generate a net income of between 250,000 and 300,000 DKK per year. This income would initially be used cover your salary.

I'am are open to acquiring either a SaaS company or a more traditional business, which we can expand by enhancing its online presence and online sales strategies.

I will contribute the following skills and experiences:

• Broad startup expertise gained from building and selling multiple companies.

• Online marketing strategies.

• Technical knowledge.

• Outsourcing strategies.

Your responsibilities as CEO would include:

• Defining your role and responsibilities within the company.

• Identifying and acquiring a suitable company.
