Communications & Event Manager

Do you want to join and bring your knowledge to one of the leading companies of the pharmaceutical sector? Novo Nordisk is now hiring for a Communications and Event Manager for the Region SEEMEA (South East Europe, Middle East, Africa).

This position will be based in Copenhagen or Istanbul or Warsaw.

The Position

As a Communications and Event Manager, you will contribute to the internal communications in Region SEEMEA, through the creation and execution of internal campaigns, platforms and channels. Furthermore, you will contribute to the planning, managing, executing and follow-up on internal events and meetings.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To assist in creating and executing an internal communication strategy for Novo Nordisk Region SEEMEA to increase transparency and understanding.
• To strengthen the dialogue between Regional Office employees to motivate and engage the employees as well as other relevant internal stakeholders.
• To align structures and principles for internal communications in the region.
• To plan, manage, execute and follow-up on internal events and workshops, training courses, and regional meetings.
• To investigate suitable venues for SEEMEA regional office events, workshops, meetings.

Qualifications

As our Communication & Event manager we expect you to meet the following criteria:

• You hold a Master/ Bachelor degree, preferable in Communications or similar.
• You are fluent in English both verbal and written.
• You have at least 2+ years of Internal Communications experience.
• You have experience in event management, coordinating cross-organisational projects.
• You have worked in international and multicultural work environment.
• You have creativity and understanding of design/visual engagement.
• Your mindset is structured and well-organised.
• You are a team player.
• You have excellent communication skills.

About the Department

You will be part of our amazing communications team that always strive for excellence. You will report to the Head of Communications of SEEMEA. Our team works across the region manage Corporate Communications and leading company events projects.
