The position
IFP is the largest unit of Product Supply in Novo Nordisk and is still growing. As a Compliance Manager, you will work with stakeholders in the 8 IFP sites located across the globe. You will be responsible for providing assurance based on Novo Nordisk global controlling landscape. You will be tasked with ensuring that financial, fraudulent, and regulatory compliance risks have been properly mitigated and policies have been adhered to.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assessing financial and operational risks and proposing recommendations for corrective actions
• Analyzing end-to-end business processes and control procedures to gain an in-depth understanding and identify shortcomings
• Ensuring business ethics principles are followed throughout the IFP organizational network
• Advising the organization on optimizing and strengthening financial processes and internal controls
• Providing training to employees on compliance policies and procedures
In this role you will become trusted and valuable business partner to the IFP Finance organization and other stakeholders. As a key team member, you'll play a vital role in cultivating and nurturing relationships across our entire organization. Your responsibilities will extend to proactively identifying risks and ensuring their prompt and effective resolution.
This role is located in Bagsværd, Denmark however, limited travel based on a need can be expected.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can easily work across functions and navigate complex international landscapes. Our ideal candidate can independently shape impactful connections through great communication skills.
Your experience includes:
• MSc in finance, accounting, or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing in global organization
• Experience in business ethics auditing is considered advantageous
• Professional proficiency in English

About the department
IFP Finance and Procurement (F&P) team is a part of IFP Business Support, located in the Bagsværd HQ. We are a team of around 60 people from ~20 countries. IFP F&P team is responsible for both financial processes and procurement performance. We are a trusted partner to the organization, focusing on financial and procurement excellence, productivity as well as expanding the production network in the future.
You will join a diverse and high-performing team of 15 colleagues. Our team leverages our distinct perspectives to generate innovative ideas and high-quality solutions that continuously improve the global IFP organization.
