Let’s talk about the role
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all vendor commitments/renewals/budgets to ensure that they meet our business objectives.

We expect you to:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, customers, and partners in corporation with Sourcing

Ensure that contracts meet our business objectives and comply with legal requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that contract terms are aligned with business objectives

Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract renewals and amendments

Maintain accurate records of all contracts and contract-related documents

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters

Monitor contract performance and ensure that all parties are meeting their contractual obligations

Which competencies to bring?
To be successful in this role, we imagine you meet most of the following:

Degree in Business Administration, contract management, legal studies, or a related field

5+ years of experience in contract management

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Experience managing contracts in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously across countries and teams

Strong understanding of legal requirements and industry standards related to contract management

Ability to analyze data and identify trends

Strong problem-solving skills

Experience in risk management and compliance
