About the Brand & Design department:

You will be part of the Brand & Design team playing a key role in driving and contributing to our high growth agenda in close collaboration with category teams, colleagues in brand & design and external stakeholders on national markets. We are an organization characterized by strong cross-functional collaborations, team understanding, and a focus on continuously optimizing our workflows.

As a Brand & Design Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission, challenging the status quo through your knowledge and spirit of cooperation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Drive design projects with a Nordic perspective from early concept idea to final execution plan and post-launch evaluations with the purpose to win on shelf with leading private brands.
• With a consumer and brand driven approach integrate strong value propositions in category strategies in close collaboration with your colleagues.
• Briefing of creative agencies on conceptual brand development projects.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of new packaging designs for existing and new products within a dedicated portfolio based on our brand strategies.
• Involved in project planning and management from initiation to completed artwork.
• Create communication regarding developments and improvements in the portfolio, as well as presenting designs and packaging concepts.
• Collaborate with our Inhouse production, external agencies, photographers, etc.
• Ad hoc tasks.

Your qualifications should include:

• A bachelor or master degree within business and/or communication or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management (FMCG preferably, experience with food categories is a plus).
• Experience with brand management in cross functional teams.
• Experience in working with consumer insights, market trends and sales data.
• A good eye for well performing and attractive packaging designs communicating effectively to the audience.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
