Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Building Long Lasting Relationships: You'll be the face of our company, building strong relationships with customers, exhibiting empathy, and providing effective solutions to their needs. Customer Engagement: Utilizing your acquired skills, you'll engage with customers to support and enhance their experience with our products and services. Transactional Support: Processing and managing sales orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately to ensure seamless transactions for our customers. Driving Growth: Contributing to the profitable growth of our business by meeting team and individual goals while delivering an excellent customer experience. Continuous Learning: Embrace our learning culture, continuously improving existing skills and acquiring new ones to better serve our customers and advance your career. Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to address customer issues promptly and effectively. Effective Communication: Collaborate with customers and internal departments such as Technical Support, Operations, Logistics, Sales, Quality, and Finance to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth execution of requirements.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. Educational Background: An associate degree in business administration or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to professional development. Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, coupled with a professional and friendly attitude. Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change effectively. Languages: Fluent English and Danish; Italian, French, or German language skill would be consider as an advantage. Systems: Experienced in SAP and CRM system, preferrable Salesforce.
