Data & Analytics Project Manager

The position

The primary focus of the role is project management (80%) with a secondary function as a Data & Analytics Partner within our business area (20%). As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading cross-functional project teams to enhance production processes and collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables. This involves facilitating agile ceremonies, as well as providing coaching and mentoring. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables, with a focus on Continuous Improvement, Execution Optimization, and Servant Leadership. Communicating project status and results to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations, industry standards, and best practices. As the Data & Analytics Partner you will be our local anchor point, you will bridge data-focused communities and the organization, fostering collaboration for data-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating potential data-driven solutions, leading community development, and organizing educational events to promote data literacy. Additionally, you'll participate in a forum with peer Partners from other business areas in Novo Nordisk to represent data-oriented interests and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Some years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a data-driven environment. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Familiarity with historian systems and the ability to convert historical production data to valuable insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. As a person, you are proactive and adaptable, capable of navigating complex stakeholder relationships and driving collaborative efforts. You can inspire and motivate others to work collaboratively towards a common objective. Your strategic thinking enables the development of a clear vision for the future, while your creativity and problem-solving skills drive innovative solutions for complex challenges.
