Demand Planner

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Generate accurate product forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, and seasonality utilizing forecasting techniques, tools, and market intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, inventory levels etc. to identify patterns, trends, and drivers of demand, and conduct data cleaning and validation.

• Collaborate and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for informed forecasts and coordinate cross-functional efforts to align supply with demand.

• Monitor and report on the accuracy of demand forecasts against actual sales data and other performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization in demand planning processes and implement enhancements.
• Assess potential risks and uncertainties and develop contingency plans to address challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communicate demand forecasts, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, and prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to summarize forecast performance with implications.

This is you:

• Analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in methods, modeling, and concepts.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced analytics function skills
• Familiarity with demand planning software, forecasting tools, and ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve planning challenges.
• High attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
