Digital Adoption Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• <5 years related experience in a Cybersecurity position as Digital Adoption Manager or project manager or leading a development team
• Cybersecurity, development and architect business know-how, especially an understanding of how digital adoption affects the business' short and long-term financial and security goals
• Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc… and project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, etc.
• Be cyber-tech-savvy with project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communicator; both written and spoken
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Writing skills, especially as they relate to content creation
• Available to travel once each three months (Europe)
• Strong English language capabilities (oral and written)
• Able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Leadership in Cybersecurity technology adoption and change management, increasing employee engagement and ensuring a seamless user experience
• Manage and monitor the processes, workflow disruptions & establishing a post-Go-live support model (create space to collect feedback)
• Managing & implementing comprehensive training programs
• Elaboration of blueprints and white papers
• Track the integration, fine-tune the process to suit evolving need of the business and customers
• Senior Project Manager with cross-functional team communication and daily stand-ups for progress between developers and digital project managers and stakeholders
• Making technology/digital investments profitable
