You will join the newly established Digital & Project Excellence department, which currently consists of 9 employees. You will be an instrumental part in driving the adoption and efficient use of various technological solutions across the Novo Nordisk Foundation. You will be tasked with managing organizational changes associated with technology implementation and delivering training programs to ensure the staff is competent and comfortable with new systems and processes.
You will be pivotal in ensuring the safe and streamlined adoption of diverse technologies within the scope of Generative AI, a key strategic focus that is set to shape the foundation's direction in the coming years.
