Digital Power & Microgrid Leader Nordic Baltic We are seeking an experienced Leader for the Digital Power & Microgrid business in the Nordic Baltic Zone! You’ll be working in a cross-country organization within our Digital Energy business unit, and you can be based in either of our Copenhagen Denmark, Oslo Norway, or Stockholm Sweden offices.

As the Digital Power & Microgrid Leader, you will be driving sustainable growth across all direct partner channels, leading a team of varied functions including Offer management, Sales, Pre-sales (technical experts), and technical support.
Your primary focus will be to ensure the profitable and sustainable growth of the entire portfolio of Digital Power and Microgrid products, systems, and aligning with the growth plan and Schneider Electric Vision.
You will be part of our Nordic management team and report to the VP Digital Energy Nordic Baltic Zone.
What will you be doing? Define, develop and support a diverse, multi-disciplinary team across different countries to ensure the performance of a expert team.
Oversee the annual process of developing Marketing & Sales plans, ensuring implementation and meeting the financial targets.
Cooperate with Channel Leaders and Marketing Managers to develop channel strategies and coordinate product launches in line with growth objectives.
Co-develop and Work with most of the other businesses of Schneider Electric to ensure channels saturation and maximize growth opportunities.
Accelerate digital and service capabilities through the expansion of digital power services, software, and advisory services.
Facilitate collaboration with Prescription, Accounts managers and Segment Managers to advocate and recommend segment-specific solutions and offers to end-users, thereby enhancing access to market and ensuring rapid growth.
Develop the business with our strategic customers and lead the business development on new areas and markets.
What are we looking for in our candidate? Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical-Electronics, Power or Energy Engineering or relevant field.
Experience in compiling and executing strategic plans in alignment with business objectives, efficiently deploying resources, and demonstrating thought leadership.
Solid experience in sales and business development in the Energy and Power domain.
Strong experience in team management, preferably virtual teams.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English; knowledge of any Nordic language is advantageous.
Your strengths include sales management (including e-level interactions), proficiency in data analysis, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of sales strategies and market research methods.
