As a Digital Product Designer at Relesys, you'll be a vital part of our team, spearheading the creation of seamless and enjoyable interaction designs and customer journeys. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, as you'll work closely with diverse teams to conduct user research and transform insights into groundbreaking design solutions with your brilliant, creative, and user-focused mind Therefore, you'll take ownership of creating user flows, product maps, and wireframes that enable the best possible user experience
Your role is highly communicative as you'll participate as a key team member in our agile delivery teams. You will collaborate with product managers in designing brilliant solutions, prioritizing features and user stories, and acting as advocates for users, ensuring that design decisions align with user needs. You will facilitate discussions, gather insights, and ensure alignment on product vision and goals!
Your key responsibilities:
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Relesys's existing product UX and develop future iterations with a focus on a cohesive experience
- Combine research, insights and organizational goals to deliver designs that solve user needs and meet strategic objectives
- Create detailed user flows, product maps, wireframes and final designs with a strong UX foundation
- Define key flows and user paths throughout our product, while capturing all states, edge-cases, and “unhappy paths”
- Create rapid prototypes to be used in user testing sessions
- Be in charge of developing and maintaining the Relesys Design System
Who are you?
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing digital products within the SaaS industry
- A strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with a proven track record of delivering outstanding user experiences
- Ability to deliver clear and well-founded proposals based on complex requirements
- Have a profound knowledge of prototyping tools (preferably Figma) for apps
- Have experience working with and creating and maintaining a design system
- Know the answer does not lie with us but with our users, so you're comfortable reaching out and conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Focused on how products “function” and how users move through the experience to accomplish their goals
- Understand the basics of front-end development (focus on CSS)
- A team player who are self-driven, proactive, and ambitious with a great understanding of the importance of a strong team
- You are located in or near Copenhagen
- Have professional proficiency in both spoken and written English
