The position

As a Digital Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Mature and present projects for approval
• Set the team for implementation and drive and guide the team through the sprints
• Ensure high-performance delivery by planning, troubleshooting issues, and managing resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and develop projects
• Provide clear goals and purpose for the project and team members
• Establish effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project
• Select and apply essential project management tools and methods

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a digital or technical environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within projects

About the department

CMC Digitalisation is a dynamic department responsible for driving cross-functional digital solutions and products at Novo Nordisk. With a team of 30 colleagues, we work across the digital space, connecting data, gathering insights, and developing and maintaining large digital solutions. Our department is at the forefront of digital transformation, utilizing technologies such as SAP, PASX, Planisware, and active metadata solutions.
