Digital Visual Designer, Core Web & Performance, Commercial Excellence

Core Web and Performance team is a fairly new Copenhagen-based unit. We focus on creating digitally customer experiences every day on our website, and other digital channels. We seek to make it easy for our customers to find, understand, and have confidence in and to buy our products and services, when they need them, in our digital channels.

The role

You will be a part of a highly skilled and motivated team, who set their goals high and collaborate closely to reach them. The pace is often fast – but not too fast to have a good laugh every day or to celebrate our successes. You will also collaborate cross-team mainly with Commercial Teams that own important digital journeys and commercial targets and will need your expertise to lift our digital visual communication.

Your qualifications

We imagine that you have experience and knowledge in the fundamentals of behavioral design and can creatively spare with both internal and colleagues as well as agency partners. Experience on creating creative material from scratch and using testing and experimenting as a way of working is favored. In addition, we expect that you have:

You are enthusiastic about the Customer Experience and have a commercial mind-set

You have a relevant university degree and several years of experience as designer. You could be working in a digital agency, a digital frontrunner, an eCommerce company or perhaps the financial industry. You have experience in collaborating and understanding Performance Marketing principles.

On a more personal level, you are probably curious, innovative and engaging with a pragmatic attitude. You possess a high productivity engine where you get things done – and have fun while you do it. Finally, you appreciate to have a say in how we do things in the unit. Danish and English writing, reading and speaking fluently and professionally is necessary for this position and by applying to this job means that you today are situated in Copenhagen, Denmark.
