Document Controller

Document Controller Artelia Group Esbjerg is looking for a document controller on offshore design projects.

Job Description

• Work as Document controller on offshore design projects.Your focus will typically be providing Document control, support to multi-disciplinary design of greenfield, and brownfield modification projects.
• You will be responsible for Coordinating Documents, control action items to completion, and providing Project documentation to close out projects.

Skills

• Experience with document control tools and document management systems.
• Experience with technical design and working in project teams.
• Skills in General software e.g. MS software suite.
• Technical design in CAD type software systems e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MicroStation.

Some of your tasks and responsibilities

• Become a super user in Electronic Document Management Systems e.g. Omega PIMS.
• Preparation of Master Document Register.
• Produce complex routine and scheduled reports.
• Support Project Manager with various reporting routines and Time schedules.
• Coordinate with the entire Engineering team Providing the creation, issuance, completion, and turnover of engineering deliverables throughout the project.
• Ensure Compliances with company and costumer policies, procedures, processes, and standards.
• Act as focal point of contact for DC related issues for selected costumers.
• Internal Go-To person for all related DC issues within segment.

Your starting point

• Min. 4 years of experience within document control would be preferable.
• You have some years of experience, preferably from the offshore energy production.
• Ability to actively participate in Project team development with a mindset and skills to focus on efficient solutions.
• Good communication skills in English with the ability to work as part of a team interfacing with other disciplines.
