Responsible for advising on IT matters, serves as a “trusted advisor” that understands the real needs of the

regions/clusters and help to translate and communicate those needs to the country organizations. You will act as a

facilitator to bring the full breadth of DTI's technology capabilities to our internal customers and externals as requested.

Tasks performed regularly which form the essential characteristics of the position.

- Advisor to the management of the countries in all technological matters.

- Shaping and influencing the business vision for the use of technology.

- Promote discipline in demand management and prioritization of the portfolio in the market.

- Advocate business needs through the integrated technology governance process.

- Promote a rigorous and standardized process for understanding requirements and business cases.

- Understand DTI technology capabilities and limitations to meet business needs.

- Promotion of new solutions and methods to improve business processes, efficiency and effectiveness or to

create value for customers and companies.

- Initiating and leading teams during change by providing convincing arguments for change.

- Central point of contact for the countries under own responsibility on IT Topics.

- Relationship Management, Strategic Advisor.

- Design and prioritization of country requests.

- Leading strategic planning, roadmap development and governance between country organizations and DTI

- Regular communication about DTI services, cost transparency

- Obtain regular feedback on the DTI Services to achieve continuous improvement.

- Collaboration with other DTI-BP to ensure collaboration with stakeholders.

- Working with CoEs / Shared Services to ensure projects are delivered effectively.

- Driving the implementation of the global DTI strategy.

- Working with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, adoption and value realization.

Requirements

- Vocational training, university degree, PhD, MBA, specialized further education etc.

- 5+ years of experience managing large accounts of complex organizations, preferably healthcare, for a technology

development and services company, or 10+ years of experience leading technology delivery for a complex

organization or business unit

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to build trusting relationships with senior executives and

advise them on wide-ranging technology-related issues.

- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build consensus on priorities.

- Proven metric-centric approach to technology business case development.

-Travelling

Other specialized knowledge, expertise, and skills:

- Deep, intuitive understanding of technology trends and capabilities related to commercial systems, digital

technologies, analytics, design, etc.

- Successfully working with clients to implement large, complex technology systems (eg EHR, ERP platform) in

their environment with minimal disruption to business/clinical processes.

- English spoken and written.
