E-Commerce Manager BOLIA

About the job.

As an E-commerce Manager, will you be a central figure in our digital transformation and growth strategy. With an eye for both commercial opportunities and technical challenges, you will lead our efforts to establish and optimize our online presence. You will be responsible for creating and executing an e-commerce strategy that not only increases revenue but also creates exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. This position requires presence at the office in Aarhus.

Your tasks:

• Develop and implement an overall e-commerce strategy to increase revenue and conversion rate.
• Responsible for the launch of a new website, including planning, implementation, and optimization of the website's functionalities and user experience.
• Identify and implement new sales opportunities and partnerships to drive traffic and conversions.
• Develop and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of online sales activities and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and product launches.
• Lead the E-commerce and digital team. As well as external suppliers to achieve goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Continuously develop and refine a state-of-the-art e-commerce platform tailored to meet the needs of end-consumers, retailers, and our partners/agents, focusing on enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales and growth.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce technology and platforms, including CMS systems, payment gateways, and e-commerce analytics tools.
• Solid experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on achieving business goals and increasing revenue.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Possess a strong flair for communication in both Danish and English, enabling effective collaboration and communication across teams and borders.
