How to contribute to our vision  

The HSE Team Lead will report directly to the Head of HSE and will serve as the direct supervisor for a team of 8 skilled HSE professionals, comprising 4 HSE Officers and 4 Workflow Managers. This team is characterized by its dedicated members who excel in collaboration, mutual support, and fostering strong relationships with production teams.

As the Team Lead you will ensure that the team delivers high-quality work aimed at enhancing the factory's safety culture and preventing accidents.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

In addition to overseeing the 8-member HSE team, the HSE department includes specialists in various HSE domains, such as occupational health, safety, ergonomics, environment, chemistry, and waste management.
