of the job:The Service engineer ensures that our customers are happy with Heidelberg System Service and makes sure that customer’s equipment is serviced in excellence, with dedication and efficiency. Service should always be performed according to strategies, financial goals, policies, set by Heidelberg Nordic. Service engineer should, in cooperation with service Coordinator, strive to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
Skills:
The Press Electrical (Mechatronic) Engineer will have a recognized engineering qualification (such as BTEC or City & Guilds) with a wide range of electrical, mechanical, computer-based engineering skills. Experience of working on commercial equipment within a production environment alone and as part of a team is required.
Consistently displaying a positive attitude towards customer service is a necessity, as is the ability to work within a close team, whilst displaying the necessary individual initiative required to achieve and maintain service targets and KPI’s. Good communication, IT and customer liaison skills are essential to this role.

Order spare parts from Heidelberg for on –going service jobs.
In cooperation with service coordinator, plan follow up repair-visits.
In cooperation with service coordinator, plan maintenance visits.
Jointly decide upon with managers:
Plan installations
You are to do the following reporting:
Daily reporting to service coordinator
Service order reports,
Installations reports
Time reports
Travel reports
You are to participate in the following meetings:
Local service meetings
Customer meetings
Open house & exhibitions
VIP arrangements when required
Supplier meetings
Swe-Den information meetings when required
You must maintain the following contacts:
