You will be part of our Product Operations team

The Product Operations team keeps our hardware products running smoothly, handling production, delivery, service, and support. Working from our production hall within our office centrally located in Copenhagen, the team includes technicians, assemblers, and technical support staff. The team provides essential technical expertise to help our colleagues and customers succeed. Collaborating closely with Product Development, Product Operations ensures seamless integration of new products and updates. Additionally, Product Operations is crucial in maintaining high uptime and delivering excellent technical support for our implementations.

The purpose of the role

As Reshape Biotech continues to grow, we are seeking an Electronics Technician to join our Operations team. This role is crucial for maintaining the high performance and reliability of our lab automation and production equipment, including 3D printers and laser cutters. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our equipment meets the highest standards, supporting our mission to revolutionize the biotech research industry.

This is what you will be doing:

• Repairing and maintaining our lab automation products and production machinery, such as 3D printers and laser cutters.

• Conducting quality assurance tests on electronic components to ensure reliability and performance.

• Collaborating with hardware and software development teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Providing support for equipment setup and troubleshooting at customer sites, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
