In this role you'll be leading a dynamic and high-achieving sales team responsible for growing the LIMS (Laboratory Information System) Sales in EMEAI. In this critical role you will leverage your sales skills and knowledge of the pharmaceutical and chemical analysis markets to achieve success.

You will lead in this role several Product Specialists in Western Europe.
Role Overview
You and your team will be responsible for selling SLIMS. In this role you will be part of the EMEAI LabInformatics Leadership Team and be responsible meeting sales objectives, interpreting and acting on customer needs, help to close sales opportunities, develop new Business Opportunities and representing the informatic's business in sales-oriented activities.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting sales objectives by driving SLIMS solution sales opportunities with your team
Be a valued member of the EMEA LabInformatics leadership team and bring in voice of the customer
Sales funnel management and generation of new business in close collaboration with Marketing
Driving New product introduction and ramp up of workflow consulting business
Qualifications
Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or equivalent.
5+ years of life sciences sales/enterprise account management experience (SaaS, LIMS or other scientific software sales experience a plus)
Fluency in English and one of the national languages in the dedicated territory
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop people and the team
A logical approach to problem-solving and analytical thinking,
The ability to organize and prioritize your and the team workload successfully
The ability to set customer expectations and balance customer requirements with Agilent's business needs.
