Your new role why is this a great opportunity?  

You will have an important role in implementing our ambitions for corporate sustainability reporting covering our own workforce. This means that you will work with our project manager and various stakeholders across the organization on implementing the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive for own workforce. Further, you will gain insights into Danish employment law, support your colleagues with advice on employee relations and work with personnel policies. 

Your future team

Employee Relations is a part of People & Organization where you will report to the head of Global People Services & Digital Solutions. Our aim is to build trust between Lundbeck and our employees and to provide good experiences when interacting with us. This is what unites the team, and we are eager to get a new colleague onboard who shares the same focus. Employee Relations will consist of three employees while we are nine colleagues in Global People Services & Digital Solutions in total. 

The position is based in Valby, Copenhagen, Denmark.

What you bring to the team 

You bring a keen interest in employment law and sustainability matters and a wish to develop further in these areas. You understand the importance of staying on top of administrative tasks in order to keep projects on track and asking for help when you need it. Your learning mindset, fluency in English and solid focus on stakeholders are important as you will work with areas that are developing fast and which involves interactions with colleagues globally.
