Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of a global market leading company within our Group IT? We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our Endpoint Management team with deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in acting as advisor and escalation point for support and operation teams delivering exceptional end-user support, executing changes, and driving technology adoption.

The team you will be part of is located at our global headquarters in Ballerup. You will be part of our Unified Endpoint Management Team being responsible for delivering a wide range of endpoint services including Windows Clients, MAC devices, Mobile devices management, Print services, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix, to our global end-users.

As a member of this global team, you will report directly to Kent Frantzen, the Unified Endpoint Management Leader.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Define best practices and standards​
  • Ensure quality handover to operation
  • Have a deep technical knowledge on one or more systems​
  • Act as advisor and escalation point for support and operations teams
  • Deliver end user support, execute changes, and facilitate adoption
  • Deliver input and participate in strategy work for the platform
  • Maintaining and maturing service & systems
  • Key responsibilities
    As an IT Specialist in our Endpoint Management Team, you will focus on the following areas:

  • Act as advisor and escalation point for the following services: Intune, Autopilot deployments, SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows Printing, Papercut (Follow ME), Windows, Mac, Linux support, Windows 365 support, and Apple & Android device management
  • Take ownership of 3rd level support tickets escalated from 2nd level teams
  • Conduct advanced infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Manage and improve standard Windows printing and Papercut (Follow ME) solutions.
  • Collaborate with the IT architect and product owner to enhance end point services.
  • Train 1st and 2nd level support staff on the above technologies
  • Coordinate deployments and small projects, engaging with stakeholders across the business
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles for supporters on the mentioned technologies
     
  • To succeed in this role, we envision the following:

  • Relevant experience as an IT Specialist with in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, preferably gained in a large international company or similar industry
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tasks
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with a diverse range of end-users, developers, and IT professionals, leveraging their various skill sets
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow is advantageous but not mandatory
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset
