The Position
As an Environmental Supporter, you will play a key role in the environmental support of our aseptic production. Our team works on end-to-end implementation and validation of equipment and IT solutions.
Our workday is dynamic and varied, with interesting stakeholder interactions, and many opportunities to learn and grow. The team is growing, and we are looking for several new colleagues.
The main tasks will be to:
• Work on projects to validate, implement equipment and optimize processes.
• Handle deviations and change requests.
• Continuously update standard operating procedures.
• Provide trainings for colleagues to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A master’s degree in biology, chemical engineering, biotechnology or similar.
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical industry and with aseptic production.
• Strong knowledge of GMP.
• Experience with validation in an aseptic environment, which is considered a plus.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
On a personal level, you are optimistic by nature and have a systematic approach to work. Being confident in presenting to authorities in audits and inspections is crucial part of this role.

About the department
You will be part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) KA in Kalundborg. We are a support department in an aseptic filling factory, and we have a total of approx. 750 employees. We are a newer factory and are in an exciting phase where we continue to ramp up and at the same time work with stability and optimization. The factory works with the following processes: Environment, washing and sterilization, preparation, aseptic filling, freeze drying and inspection. Finally, we use LEAN as a key lever for continuous improvement. We always aspire to operate through effective, solid, and transparent processes allowing each colleague to deliver on the promise, meet quality standards while having fun.
