This is a unique opportunity to join our mission of creating leading technology and tooling for customer meetings that can meet the Bank’s and our customers’ expectations of being a leading advisory Bank. You will have the chance to get hands-on experience on what it means to build, scale, and grow digital solutions across personal and business customers within one of the largest financial institutions in the Nordics. The agile squads you’d join deliver digital solutions towards an area of central importance to our recently launched Forward’28 Strategy.
We are seeking two new colleagues to join our meeting-tooling squads, owning the end-to-end customer meeting journey, and tooling related to advisory meetings, and building solutions across digital banking, mobile banking, and advisory channels. The meeting tooling area covers both our personal and business customers, why experience or interest within these segments is an asset.
We area a highly motivated and diverse team covering everything from business development and user experience to IT development. We work in a scaled agile set-up, with cross-functional squads staffed with a mix of business analyst, developers, designers, etc. As a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing, identifying requirements, translating business needs into clear objectives, providing domain knowledge to the development team, testing, and documenting deliveries and in collaboration with various stakeholders be shaping the customer engagement and advisory model of tomorrow in regards of expert advisory customer meetings.
The meeting-tooling agile squads are cross located in Denmark, Lithuania and Finland, and majority of our team interactions take place over Microsoft Teams. Your role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark in our new domicile by the Main Station or in Helsinki, Finland.
At the moment we do not offer relocation for this job position.

You are comfortable with the responsibility that follows. You enjoy “getting your hands dirty” with strong can-do attitude whilst having fun. And working in English most of the time is no challenge for you.

As Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst you will drive exploration, analysis and development end-to-end in collaboration with the squad and stakeholders across markets.
