As we expand our operations, we are currently seeking an experienced car painter to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled car painter with experience in dent repair and painting. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in producing high-quality paint finishes and restoring vehicles to their original condition. As part of our painting workshop, the candidate will be responsible for performing insurance repair and painting work, ensuring precise color matching and impeccable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dent repair and preparation work on vehicles prior to painting.
• Apply primer, base coats, and clear coats to vehicles, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes.
• Utilize our color mixing system and color reader to accurately match paint colors for various car models.
• Maintain a clean and organized painting environment, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of painting projects and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a car painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing quality paint finishes.
• Proficiency in dent repair techniques and preparation work.
• Knowledge of paint mixing and color matching processes.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing flawless paint finishes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
