EXPERIENCED FP&A SPECIALIST TO TAKE LEAD ON FINANCIAL PLANNING & REPORTING

About the role | Mark your mark

As a FP&A specialist, you will be leading the financial planning process and management reporting to the management team and Board of Directors of NNIT. You will provide financial and commercial insights as a result of the financial planning, and you will also act as navigator for your stakeholders and provide them with financial projections together with the Finance Business Partners.

For you to successfully deliver on core deliverables, it is crucial that you build a strong relationship with line of business and the finance business partners to understand how the financial planning processes can be streamlined. Your primary work tasks will be:

• Be the lead on financial planning and management reporting
• Understand the financial planning landscape and be a part of launching a new planning tool as part of the new ERP system
• Further develop the reporting decks in close collaboration with our strategy department and management
• Co-drive the performance management follow-up on group and regional level

Overall, you will have various touch points where your success criteria are to develop a strong relationship with your stakeholders.

The right profile for this job is a skillful FP&A specialist that has experienced how financial planning can be done from various companies and in various formats. You are structured, but also pragmatic in your way of thinking. Furthermore, you are not afraid of questioning status quo in order to deliver on your key deliverables.

You are a strong communicator that can simplify the results of financial planning planning and performance management to easy-to-understand presentations with clear takeaways. Moreover, we expect that you…

• Hold a cand.merc, cand.polit diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Have flair for stakeholder management
• Have a strong business acumen where you quickly can understand the situation and complication
• Possess a strong financial planning and reporting toolbox
• To act responsibly and meet deadlines, even when busy. You are a team player, you have a sense of quality and you are thorough in your performance
