Fabrication Coating Inspector / Supervisor - Offshore Wind - Copenhagen, Denmark

Responsibilities:
Innovative, quick learner, with track record in the use of latest coating processes and technologies. Practical as well as theoretical experience with fabrication and inspection such as IWI International Welding Inspector, IWS International Welding Specialist, IWT International Welding Technician or IWE International Welding Engineer. NDT level II or III (a plus). Frosio level III / NACE (a plus). Bachelor’s or Master in civil or mechanical engineering with practical experiences of heavy duty steel structure manufacturing (a plus). Technically strong, adaptable, works well in teams, strong communication abilities Good English skills both writing and verbal. Recommended 10 years of site experience on fabrication yards, pre-assembly or construction sites Recommended 3 years of experience from similar position. All relevant safety trainings needed to perform the job. Hardworking, honest, strait forward, with an ability to build up a good relationship with customers, co-workers and company management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent time management and leadership skills. Ability to interact and supervise in a nationally diverse environment. Team building and team leadership.
Requirements: Ensure all involved manpower are familiar and understand all specifications, HSE, drawings and documentation. Ensure that interfaces and cooperation are implemented with other disciplines. Monitor relevant activities with representatives from Contractors/sub-contractors and supervise inspectors from other disciplines who are involved in the site team. Monitor working progress against schedule and highlight areas of concern and possible corrective actions.
