As our new Field Service Specialist (FSS) you will be responsible for fulfilling the customer’s expectations during complex field service activities. The FSS has advanced product/process knowledge and independently installs and runs more complex solutions, acting as the communication point between the customer, external parties and Marel. You will be a part of a team consisting of 8 members focusing solely on our equipment within our Fish portfolio mainly with focus on salmon filleting machines but also our de-headers and pinboning.
In this role you must expect a minimum of 120 travel days per year – If you have a wish for more travel activity this is also an option. Your customer’s will mainly be located in, but not limited to North Europe – World-wide travel activity must also be expected. The role can based out of NL, DK, NO, IS, DE, UK or IT.
