Finance Business Partner

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - Collaborate with Digital leadership to develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and trend analysis, to identify areas of improvement and optimize financial performance.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes related to IT investments, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives.

Business partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leaders, providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels between the IT department and the finance function, facilitating collaboration and alignment on financial matters.

Provide regular reporting and analysis on financial performance, highlighting key insights and trends to stakeholders and senior management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including IT leaders, finance executives, and business unit heads.

Act as a liaison between IT and finance teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve common objectives and goals.

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a technology-driven environment with knowledge of IT chargeback mechanism in a global company

Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.

Solid understanding of IT operations and technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into financial terms.

Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Self-starting and able to deliver results in a rapidly evolving environment.
