Finance Business Partner

With reference to the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for Financial Business Partnering and Controlling activities across all functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as trusted finance partner towards stakeholders for the Executive Management Team
• Analyzing and report monthly financial results, highlight issues & risks and turn that into actionable knowledge for stakeholders
• Challenging the business and drive impact via proactive engagement
• Drive the Budget / Forecast planning process
• Ad hoc finance tasks and projects
• Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
• Support and direct the ongoing financial evaluation process to ensure proper reflection of financial results

Your profile

We are looking for a confident, ambitious and passionate candidate with stakeholder management skills. You should be able to effectively influence stakeholders and promote a financial agenda within a continuously evolving and innovative company.. Further your personal talent for “getting things done” in the right order and at the right time, is an important part of who you are of your personal skillset. More specifically, what we look for, is an individual matching this skillset:

• A master’s degree within a relevant field
• You will graduate in the summer or are in the early stages of your career
• Have some experience within business controlling and/or business partnering
• Ready to pursue a role as Business Partner / eager to learn the craft of stakeholder management
• Have experience collaborating with senior leaders
• Have experience in financial reporting / business controlling
• Hands-on attitude, no task is too small or too big
• Strong commercial mindset, “business is what drives you”
• Have experience in identifying, interpreting and presenting data
• Very strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Advanced IT skillset including Excel & PowerPoint (HFM, SmartView is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Danish both verbal and written, further you’re comfortable working with internationally distributed colleagues

On the Finance organization

The Danish Finance team covers Data and BI, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Financial Controlling & Accounting. Together these teams drive performance management and business reviews and provide tools, and analysis to enable better decision-making at all levels. We are supported by our Group Finance organization as well as a Group IT organization, facilitating our IT basis needs and Global Financial Guidelines.
