With this role, you will become part of our Nordics Business Finance team based in our headquarter in Lynge, Denmark. You will report to the Head of Business Finance, Nordic, collaborating closely with colleagues across the Nordics and corporate functions.
The Role
As Finance Business Partner, will build strong connections within the Nordic organization. With your analytical and business-partnering skills, you will be a vital part in decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement in forecasting methods.
Your responsibilities and activities are broad-ranging and will include:
Work closely together with and support country sales teams with high quality performance tracking and business forecastingKey contributor in the planning and forecasting, ensuring risks and opportunities are highlighted, addressed and that actions are clearly definedPrepare monthly business reviews and updates with our commercial organization and support effective decision making Develop high quality ad-hoc and monthly reporting, providing forward-looking and actionable recommendations and support functional leaders on decision-makingWork closely together with Group accounting/controlling teams in, in depth and timely, understanding of monthly performance P&L and BSAd hoc project support with market specific needs – advanced forecasting models, customized segment performance matrix/reporting, integration of new business entitiesCommunication and collaboration with external 3rd party accounting service providers and be 2nd line support and contribution to upgrading and implementing of new ERP systems About you
Experience
You hold a university degree in business administration, finance, economics or similarYour experience in roles like Finance Business Partner, Business Controller or Business Analyst, has equipped you with a proficient financial toolboxYou have worked with in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial business support and business casesYou understand P&L dynamics and have hands-on experience with tools like PowerBI and ExcelPersonal competencies
You have a natural flair for collaborating closely with stakeholders and are excited to work across our commercial teams and the Nordic countriesYour excellent communication skills make it easy for you to engage with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels of an organizationYour passion for driving business performance is matched by your commercial understanding and structured problem-solving approachYour analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively make you a valuable business partner
