As our new Finance Controller, you will hold a pivotal role in safeguarding our financial integrity, serving as a cornerstone during month/quarter/year-end closing procedures.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all facets of the general ledger function within our organization.
• Handle production orders from an accounting perspective, ensuring process efficiency and effective navigation across different departments as stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain precise financial records, including ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Drive the payroll process from an accounting perspective, encompassing booking and reconciliation aspects.
• Analyze ledger entries to guarantee accounting accuracy and adherence to established standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Support in the audit process across multiple entities, collaborating with auditors from diverse geographical locations.

You will actively engage with team members on various financial projects and tasks, fostering collaboration and synergy within the finance department.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with a strong finance  toolbox, a forward-thinking mentality and experience with:

• 3-4+ years experience in a similar position in a dynamic environment, or from an audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge on generally accepted accounting principle
• Payroll accounting experience
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Help bringing ideas into action by using your excellent problem-solving skills
