What will you be doing?
As you step into the role of Financial Analyst, you'll find yourself delving into an intricate landscape, overseeing project budgets, tracking IT investments, and ensuring transparent invoice management. Collaborating closely with Product Owners and Finance Partners, you'll utilize your analytical skills to forecast financial outcomes and jointly manage invoice tracking. Your role as the financial advisor will involve guiding and empowering team members, while maintaining open communication with stakeholders. More specifically you will:
• Ensure problem solving through knowledge sharing with colleges and vendors
• Follow up on budget and orders with vendors and service owners independently to ensure targets are met
• You will keep track of the project budgets and ensure the right approvals and overall governance.
• You will follow-up on actual project costs and identify and communicate early warnings as well as financial risks.
• Together with your financial analyst colleague, you will be responsible for invoice management incl. invoice tracking and payments.
Your qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have:
• Degree at bachelor level or higher within the finance area
• At least 3 years’ experience, full time or part time, in a financial position
• Preferably, you have worked within IT and are familiar with budgeting, project planning, asset management and invoice management
• Familiarity with financial tools such as PowerBI and Excel
• Proficiency in English written and spoken

Who will you be working with?
The position is based in Cloud and corporate infrastructure. Part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with 200+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. The Corporate Infrastructure department is a team of highly skilled and dedicated employees responsible for the network architecture, operations and future development of the network in Novo Nordisk. You will collaborate closely with other Financial areas in our IT organisation. On a daily basis you will collaborate with our current Financial Analyst as well as our GITO Finance Partner. The position is based in Ballerup with the opportunity to work from home a couple of days per week.
