 French speaking Growth & Operations Assistant

As our French speaking Growth & Operations Assistant at Dripdrop, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a unique, eco-friendly Danish rain tech scale up with operational tasks and sales efforts. Dripdrop is a renowned global provider of hotel umbrella services, catering to major brands such as Radisson, Hilton, Marriott, Scandic, and more. Our aim is to establish Dripdrop as a standard offering in hotels worldwide, and to achieve this, we need a highly skilled and customer-focused team.

Our multinational and multilingual Dripdrop team consists of talented individuals from Denmark, Sweden, Brazil, the US, Romania, Italy, Lithuania and the Netherlands . As a Growth & operations assistant, your experience in handling customers is valuable, but what truly excites you is the opportunity to grow in this role. You will be the face and voice of our brand in various day-to-day situations, playing a central role in shaping how we interact with customers as we grow into a large and globally impactful company in the coming years.

You are not afraid to get your hands dirty - For example at our warehouse or going for a trip to visit our customers all around Europe. 

You’ll work closely with and report to Head of Sales, Maud Samson.

What you’ll do:

  • Developing and maintaining direct customer relationships including senior stakeholders.

  • Managing a significant portion of French inbound leads, facilitating online demonstrations of our product and unique selling points.

  • Handling the end-to-end process from contact to contract for inbound leads across various markets and cultures.

  • Collaborating daily with our Head of Sales to execute our growth strategy, leveraging your experience to plan and implement initiatives.

  • Assisting with maintaining and operating the CRM system and other administrative tasks.

  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Customer Success and Production team on planning key initiatives to drive opportunities and movement through the sales funnel.

  • Miscellaneous: As a startup, sometimes it's "all hands" and you'll be involved in that as well. Sometimes we need your specific hands to do things that we don't have time for.


What you have:

  • Master the French language, both spoken and written

  • Dream of working and performing in an ambitious and friendly small scale up  team whilst also performing independently.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals of different personality types.

  • You’re keen to learn about the technology and our product.

  • A desire to grow both personally and professionally within our organisation.


We’ll provide you with the tools ️ (computer and so on) you’ll need.

Our office space is conveniently located in the heart of Aarhus.


NOTE: This position requires the candidate to be present at the Dripdrop office for most days of the week, as remote work is not currently an option.

NOTE : You must speak and write french or you will not be considered.
