Your Role

As the Global Marketing Principal, your main objective will be to drive the global marketing strategy and campaign work for a highly anticipated brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and affiliate partners to create a compelling brand strategy, positioning, and narrative that will resonate with our customers.

Primary Work Tasks:

• Bring the strategy to life in collaboration with our cross functional teams and affiliates 
• Collaborate with brand team members, cross-functional global team, and affiliate partners on key marketing initiatives and campaign roll out.
• Collaborate with the market research/insights team to test key components of the strategy and refine the business question and research questions.
• Manage budget for own projects. 
• Ensure review and approval of campaign content, including initial affiliate consults for key components.
• Collaborate with other brand teams to ensure alignment on portfolio and foster cross brand best practice sharing
• Support affiliate launch planning as needed and be key point of contact

Your Qualifications:

• A master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong healthcare experience with at least 5 years of marketing management at a major affiliate.
• Explicit knowledge of global markets in the innovative space, with a focus on differentiation and unmet needs.
• A proven track record of delivering impactful and engaging campaigns, messages, and tactics.
• Experience with digital marketing at a global level is a plus but not required
