FMC has a world-class biologicals business, that is expanding Biologicals through In-House R&D, Partnerships and M&A.

We are now looking for a Global Portfolio Manager, Plant Health to strategically oversee, manage and develop FMC’s Plant Health inline and pipeline products and solution portfolios, including LCM initiatives.

Overall role and responsibility

You identify, design, and follow either directly or indirectly the required activities for support and development of the portfolio, including some strong internal interactions and potential external ones.

You provide global priorities and guidance to the commercial organization through the ownership of the Global Plant Health portfolio plan to guide and support FMC’s Plant Health financial objectives and to fulfill growers needs. It’s also your responsibility to ensure that projects, campaigns, or initiatives are aligned with the organization's overall business goals and objectives.

Cross-functional collaboration is important in this role, as you will work closely with various departments (such as sales, R&D, product stewardship) to ensure Plant Health marketing strategies are integrated across the company and actively translated into tactical plans and activities that are aligned with overall business goals.
