We are looking for a colleague with a high drive, who is ready to ensure the right processes and global compliance, especially with new regulations for DESMI to comply to – e.g. new legislation and other external requirements for Supply Chain, quality management and continuous improvements.
DESMI is a global companyspecialized in the development and manufacture of pump solutions for marine, Cargo system, Ballast water systems and Automation systems. Our product range supplemented with agency products from other leading, world class manufacturers – is completed by related services such as the design and installation and after sales service through our network of service centers. We want our products to be of first-class workmanship so that customers always associate DESMI with quality, superior design, and reliability.
The job:
As Global QHSE, Compliance & Improvement Responsible you get a share in creating a strong foundation for DESMIs future growth. You will be a part of a team working with quality management and controls, process governance, process mapping, improvements, and ISO certifications. DESMI is on a growth journey, where more and higher demands are constantly being made. This means you will work to create and implement the necessary operational processes to comply with internal policies, standards, general EU Directives, and legislations e.g. ATEX, IHM, CSRD, CBAM, packaging directive etc.

You have an excellent overview, process understanding, project management skills and a broad mindset. You are service minded and solution oriented as a person and have the ability to work across national borders and communicate with departments throughout the organization. You have a high personal drive and work independently and efficiently, where you take responsibility for the solutions engaging colleagues. You think “outside the box” and are motivated by finding solutions and making things a little better today than yesterday.
