Position: Graphic Designer Intern (non-paid internship)

Role Overview:

Scratcher is seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer Intern, ideally at the outset of their career, eager to immerse themselves in the world of innovative marketing campaigns. This internship presents a rare chance to be part of our Marketing Department, where you will both contribute to and learn from leading experts in the field. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for design, creativity in abundance, and the drive to make a tangible impact in the interactive industry.

Key areas of Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media, website content, and digital advertisements.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to brainstorm and implement creative solutions that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials, such as graphics, banners, and promotional assets, that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

• Participate in the research and analysis of market trends to support campaign strategies and design choices.

• Contribute to the creative process, offering fresh ideas and perspectives that push the boundaries of digital marketing.

• Create gamification campaigns using the Scratcher platform.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong graphic design skills and creativity.

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

• An eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• A passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to impactful campaigns.
