Head Chef for Bistro in Central Copenhagen

Rosé Rosé Bistro Copenhagen is a French-Danish bistro centrally located in Copenhagen. We are looking for a new head chef to lead our team of dedicated chefs. 

We offer good working conditions, a brand-new kitchen, high flexibility according to your needs, and salary based on your qualifications.

We expect you to be an educated and talented chef with some years of experience in Denmark as sous chef or preferably head chef and we expect you to lead by example and with high spirits.

You must make incredibly tasty food, work energetically, with structure and overview, take responsibility, be able to lead your team and have a strong focus on the company's finances.

The working language is English, so proficiency in English is a prerequisite.

Your responsibilities will be the daily operations of the kitchen including elaboration of new dishes following the seasons, working schedules, salary percentage, kitchen percentage, HACCP, etc.
