Then, join us as Health and Safety (HS) Supporter in our new PPV facility in the API area of Novo Nordisk. You will be able to make your mark on one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

The position
Your primary area of responsibility will be to collaborate with the HS Partner, HS professionals and HS representatives in PPV to ensure efficient and effective overview of the health and safety and outstanding issues. You will participate in building a good and sound working environment towards hand-over and into operation. In this way you will have an important role in shaping the future workplaces for hundreds of employees.
 

Areas of responsibilities will among others be: 
• Ensure that we comply with requirements from national legislation as well as the ISO standard for management systems of occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) 
• Part of mapping and risk assessment of working environment conditions, including participating in the WPA work
• Collaborate, guide, and support your colleagues in the future facility in association with internal as well as external colleagues
• Establish ambitious performance targets for the occupational health and safety, and collaborate with the management to ensure they are met
• Strive for continuous improvements according to our PS API HS strategy
Your primary focus will be on the future PPV manufacturing facility, but you will also be part of a network of HS professionals and HS representatives across Novo Nordisk's manufacturing organization, which is spread across multiple geographical locations.
Since you will be collaborating with both NN and NNE colleagues in the PPV project, you will meet many people with various educational backgrounds, and you should expect that your workdays will have a mix of planned and unplanned tasks that will require a blend of your competencies and adaptability.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate either has the educational background or the experience from the healthcare system, or other industries/organisations where processes and activities are centred around high standards of health and safety for employees and patients.

You are currently working within health and safety in a larger, international company with high standards within health and safety, playing a key role when advising managers and colleagues in keeping, maintaining and developing a healthy and safe environment. Preferably, you have experience from a fast-paced production facility but also have the experience of when to slow things down when health and safety must be prioritised.

In any case, you should have a strong interest in working with Health & Safety and Risks, and are comfortable with working both at an operational, strategic level as well as with administrative tasks.

You will be utilizing your high degree of initiative when you identify and implement local solutions to immediate challenges, and we expect you to be able to inspire, drive and set the direction in an ambitious environment with sharp deadlines. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication.

Furthermore, you speak fluent Danish.

About the department 
You will be a part of the PPV project organisation which supports all project disciplines with a variety of tasks within all aspects of the working environment.
